I recently bought a pendrive from Müller and as soon as i plugged it inat home, it shut down my input devices and i cant use my pc even after trying to unplug everything, plug the device in or restart the pc, nothing worked. I have no idea what to do in this situation. Please help!!! It has a starwars.ico in it, autorun info and my data from school. (In school it didnt do anything similar it ran pretty simply without any problems)

Have you tried accessing the USB flash drive in Safe Mode? The data from school is something you want recovered, correct?

Correct, i wanted to use safe mode, but i have to get ready for tomorrow and have to sleep aswell. I have to somehow make this pendrive safe, maybe the pic is a virus of some sort or idk im not that familiar with things like this but i like like this lil shadowtrooper looking pendrive and i was pretty shocked that something like this actually happened. If thats the problem i just have to delete it right?

You say you wanted to use Safe Mode but have not yet, correct? I would not think an image by itself would be a virus. If it is then you can delete it but attaching it to the computer may transfer the infection from the pendrive to the computer. If possible, take the pendrive back to school and see if it opens normally. Transfer the contents to another pen drive and then format the drive.

Keyboard and Mouse work in safe mode but do not work in Normal mode, correct?

When did  the mouse and keyboard stop working in normal mode, recently?

Have you tried doing a system restore in Safe Mode?

Edit: I did not realize but from the first post I assume once you attached the pen drive in normal mode you lost your keyboard and mouse in Normal Mode but not in Safe Mode.

Look at this thread. The last post has a problem similar to yours.

In Safe Mode uninstall KB4074588.
