I have a user at my place of work who keeps pinging my AV Defender with Gen:Variant.Application.Bundler.DealPly.405 infections. I haven't seen any damage to his system, but this is created a whole lot of temp files on his system that need to be cleaned out regularly. I have tried cleaning with Malwarebyes, AdwCleaner, etc. with no success. Would someone be willing to assist with this? If so, I have to advise I cannot get a hold of this user and access to his computer all the time, so my responses will be somewhat delayed.

Hello, lets first try running the F-Secure scanner and see.

How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
