Question about SSL

The last several days every time I click a link or try to search from my private start page I've been getting this popup and have to click it to continue.

I have never bought an SSL certificate but the URL shows https://. My host is ipage.com. This evening I saw this article here. https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/23-000-users-lose-ssl-certificates-in-trustico-digicert-spat/. Could ipage be one of the 23,000 that had their SSL licenses revoked?
