I have an HP Notebook I bought last year. It came with Windows 7 but later in the year I upgraded it to Windows 10. I have some type of stupid virus on my lappy that redirects me to some stupid online game that I'm not even interested in. AVG is NOT doing NOTHING. I came on this forum to get step by step instructions on how to get rid of this pesty bug. I did download TDSS KILLER from off of BleepingComputer.com. One of the Admins here recommended this. Only problem now is backing up my music, videos, pictures and files. I cannot afford to buy a 32GB or more flash drive and wanted to know if I could use one of those "cloud" storage or use Google Drive to backup all of my personal media and files? (Windows 10 Home, 64-bit, x64-based Processor, RAM 4GB) No clue where to find the version of this lappy nor the Build number, sorry.

Moved to AII. The infection needs to be addressed before anything else can be.
