What can be done to make pc respond to USB devices

What is the USB device you are trying to use?


Have you tried different USB ports?


Have you looked in the Device Manager for any yellow warning icons or red error icons?  The yellow warnings usually are either a yellow question mark or a yellow exclamation mark.  The red error is usually a red X.
