Bose Earbuds connection problem

Hi! I got Bose Earbuds and I want to connect them to my laptop but I don't have bluetooth so I got a bluetooth USB and it's working correctly in the device manager but It's not showing in the tray please help me.
I'am using an HP notebook laptop with windows seven.
and my bluetooth version is 2.0.
