Hello to all !

I am looking for some free windows backup software whit schedule  and volume shadow copy feature.

Also will be fine it supports cloud archive (gdrive, dropbox for example)

One great and free utility is CobianBackup - it is free and working fine.

Minus is that no cloud support and archive are only compressed files.

Softland Fbackup is also very good software. Have cloud support, can make full type archives - compressedt

and also supports "mirror types" which are not compressed (keeping folder structure, listing, permissions)

Also it supports folder sync function. For example if some folder is selected for backup it can copy only changes,

remove deleted files from destination and etc.

May be it is a bug, but Fbackup cannot make full archives type in cloud, there is error

Cannot create independent splits using Zip 2 compatible encryption

Can you suggest another free backup up software ?

Thanks in advance !

I have never used cloud backup but the only free ones I know of are below. I would contact their support site for your detailed questions on permissions and mirror.

Easeus Todo Backup Free. I can't verify if the free version has cloud backup. You need to contact Easeus. Only file backup is supported for the cloud.

Aomei Backupper Standard.

Easeus ToDo Backup Free has a cloud options and it is working for files and folders, which is enough.

The only "issue" if i can use that for "issue" is that files are encrypted in .pbd format and use another tool to extract them

Need Image tool to access it.

I tried AOEMI, but can't find where to select cloud location example

Aomei does have a file sync.

https://www.backup-utility.com/articles/backup-files-to-google-drive-4125.html

In order to backup PC files to cloud, you need download and install a cloud drive to your local space, and then, input your cloud account to use.

I don't know where one inputs the cloud account in Aomei. I will try to find out but you may want to contact Aomei.

Edit: In Aomei click the down arrow at the right of Step two to include your cloud account. I believe you need to be logged in and have a client in order for Aomei to detect it.

I've been using Macrium Reflect for some time now, it might be another product to consider.

This require of "cloud drive desktop app" doesn't look good in my case for aomei backupper.

Macrium Reflect doesn't support Incremental, Files and Folders, Encryption in Free version.

True enough; I forgot that, thanks for the reminder  :)

If your backups are important, perhaps do I did, buy a single license or the 4-pack, sometimes free is not always the best route.
