I have 5 years of photos on external drives that got encrypted with .loser and am trying to find any software that can possibly decrypt these files.  Trend Micro has a decrypting software but does not decrypt the .loser files.  Does anyone know of a solution so I can save my images and other files?

Follow the directions in the forum and submit an encrypted file and ransom note to ID Ransomware. If it doesn't identify, post the Case SHA1 it provides so we can manually inspect the submission.

@Michele720,

do you have clean copies of the files so you can make a pair: clean - an encrypted file?

I initially thought it was Cry36 .losers but the OP indicated the extension was  .loser so I was waiting for a reply since I had not seen that one reported.

In the picture of TopicStarter, the extension .losers and there is no other template.

Appears the OP mistakenly reported the wrong extension by omitting the "s" at the end in both topic title and first posting.
