I am using window 7. Almost all of my .exe file have encountered  "has stopped working" !

When i first click (eg. steam.exe) , a dialog show up like "steam.exe has stopped working!". But when i minimize that dialog box and click steam.exe again , steam starts working again ! (But not every time) .

I found out there's a program called " Serverx " in my Task Manager startup  but the file location of that program is not listed . So is that program make all of my .exe stopped working and how can i fix it?  Thank you  !!
