Problem #1: Don't know what the problem is, all of my bookmarks link have been delected and everytime I bookmarked something it disapears when I start my computer again. Also, I get this pop-up saying that I needed to re-install netscape again everytime I clinked on the Netscape icon. can anyone tell me what the problem is??

Problem #2: This is a downloading problem. I have tried to download several programs/software etc and everytime this window pop up saying:

C:\DOCUM~1\DIANAK~1\LOCALS~1\TEMP\b9r3bxx.exe could not be saved, because the source file could not be read. Try again later.

the problem is that b9r3bxx.exe is not the name of the file i want to download and it changes everytime i tried to download even though it is the same program i want to download like iTunes 7. It would give me different names. I need help because I don't know what the heck is going on :-(

Have you tried to re-install Netscape 7.2?
