Hi all

I just need some help in configuring a GPO for a desktop shortcut for a url to open in a specific browser that isn't the default browser.

Running Windows server 2012 R2 any tips or advice would be fantastic.

Create a shortcut to the browser exe file and add the url to the end of the target for the shortcut. For example Create a shortcut with the target: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" https://www.bleepingcomputer.com Start in: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer" This example will open Bleepingcomputer.com with Internet Explorer regardless of what is selected as the default browser.
