Hello from Philippines.

I am a Filipino gamer and this is my first time posting here.

Starting December 13, 2017, I suffered a random freezing with also sound stopped, and manual restart using the CPU's restart button is required. I tried using Mini Tool Box, RKill, and Testing the RAM, it still persist. Maybe I have a problem with RAM, Fan, Power Supply and anything else. This may also cause 100% disk usage. This drives me nuts.

Here are my Specs:

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU: AMD A6-5400K Trinity 32nm Technology
RAM: 4.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-10-24)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. F2A75M-D3H (P0)
Graphics:S19B310 (1366x768@60Hz) and 512MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7540D (ATI)
Storage: 465GB Seagate ST9500325AS (SATA)

I think I need to upgrade my specs.... What do you guys think?

Sorry for the late response. If you are still in need of help, please follow these BSOD posting instructions and attach the requested files by replying to this topic. You may skip the part of step three where it instructs you to create a new topic, since you already have a topic here. There's no need to create another topic.

If I do not reply in three days, please message me.

Do you only have 1 memory stick? You need 2 to enable dual channel memory.

@Pippincp

Yes. I believe the problem was the ram being in the second slot.

My dad says I can only have a maximum of 1.

Do you still require assistance? If so, follow these instructions to run the Sysnative File Collection App and attach its output in your next reply to this topic. Do not create a new topic.

Hello Powerjohn25,

As per your report i can see

CPU

AMD A6-5400K:
82 °C

Have you tried to apply new thermal compound?  This readings are strange 82 degrees for normal operation is too much for me AMD A6-5400K   Is working normally at 56 58 degrees as far as I know.

After that you can decide what  to upgrade :)
