Hi, my 2 year old custom pc of mine have been giving me alot of problems and i have tried many ways to attempt to fix it myself but to no avail.

Firstly, these are the specs
i5 4460
Asrock H81M-HDS R2.0
Kingston 8GB Ram x1
Samsung 850 Evo 250GB SSD
WD 1TB Blue HDD
MSI Gtx970 Armor 4GB
Super Flower Leadex 550w psu
Sharktoon T28 case
Windows 8.1

It first began with a BSOD NMI_Hardware_Failure after 10 mins of usage, after the crash it will
- most of the times automatically restart but crashes a few mins or almost instantly after startup.
- sometimes have a black screen PARITY ERROR
- sometimes goes to windows recovery thing

It doesn't crash when i am in safe mode however.
So i tried to format the pc and have a clean install of windows, i tried to keep my drivers to a minimal.
After reformatting my pc
I installed
- GPU driver
- Logitech headset driver
- Updated windows using Windows automatic updates
and then my pc crashed again
At this point i am not sure if it is driver issue or windows issue or compatibility issue

I have tried the following solutions but still doesn't work
- Reseat everything
- Remove HDD
- Remove GPU
- Updated all drivers
- Updated BIOS
- Reformatted but crashed after a few updates
- Did memtest, no issues
- Monitor heat in PC, no issues

I am not an expert in PC and all i have done are solutions from other people or the internet.
Would be nice if someone here will be able to help me identify the problem, as i do not mind replacing the faulty part.

Thanks alot, hope i could get some help here

I use hwmonitor and just watch my pc temp until it crashes.

results:

Mobo
Systin 31-33
Cputin 39-46
Tmpin3 39-43
Cpu
Temp 36-45
Core 0 32-44
Core 2 31-42
Core 4 32-45
Core 6 31-44

I did swap ram seats and also ran windows diagnostic tool to check for ram issues. There were none :/
