Depends on what graphics you have in you processor and what you general use is, many on chip graphics do a decent job for most.  A 2g card may not be much of an improvement.  What processor do you have?

As Phil said above; what if I asked you, "should I buy a car with a 4.0 liter engine"? You would ask, "where are you driving it and what where do you go?".

What are you running on your computer??
