Please uninstall Avast and run their uninstall tool. Windows Defender should kick in to replace Avast right away.

 

If that doesn't help, please run Driver Verifier - https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576333/driver-verifier-bsod-related-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/ Upload the minidumps as you get crashes.
 
BSODs due to pool corruption are usually impossible to debug because the system crashes when corrupted data is referenced, not when the corruption actually occurs!
