Hjtlog - Iexplorer Won't Function

I'm using a Gateway laptop, and am unable to use Internet Explorer in normal mode (but can use in safe mode). I've run all the scans, and here is the HJT log:

Hello,

If you can't get Internet Explorer to work in normal mode, but it works in safe mode, then it's your Trendmicro Firewall causing this.

I still see many people installing a firewall without not really knowing what to block and what to allow, so they think that every alert is malicious and just click block everytime >> result >> many programs don't work, Internet explorer doesn't work etc..

So, check again your firewall settings if it's also not set to highest security, because when set to highest, it blocks every internet connection in normal mode. Not in safe mode, because your Firewall is not running in safe mode and that also explains why you can get online in safe mode.

So not sure if you still need help or not. I am going to leave this thread open for another 2 days and in case I don't get a reply back, I assume it's resolved and I am going to close it again then.
