I've been playing a bit of wargame:European escalation today. During gameplay, my screen turned green, followed by black with my Windows crashing subsequently. After trying to restart, I was greeted by this (https://youtu.be/s7pWz5QZYrI)

I first thought my GPU driver broke and tries to reinstall it. This however caused even more trouble, as after shutting down the computer after I had reinstalled them, it wouldn't start up normally anymore, instead only starting in safemode.

At this point, I have no idea what caused this problem and how to fix it.

I'm using win7 64bit and a GTX 780.

I'm looking forward to your help.

Are you running a newer Intel chip?  If so try the on chip graphics.

P.S. you may have to pull the card!
