I use MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2013 on my computer (with OS WINDOWS 10). I want to import my address book but the import/export icon is not available.

I found solutions for different operating systems on the Internet but could not find for Windows 10.

I thank in advance who can guide me to solve the problem.

The OS is irrelevant. Outlook - File - OPEN & EXPORT

Alternatively, you can copy the .pst file from one computer to the other (Outlook must be closed on both systems).

Outlook - File - OPEN & EXPORT is ok. But when I get in there, I can not do anything because the  import/export icon is not available.

How can I make this icon available because it will also help me export files and back up in the future?.

Thanks for the help.

Can you post a screenshot? Meanwhile, a couple of options:

1) Run Outlook REPAIR (from Programs & Features - Outlook or MS Office - change - repair) or

2) Reinstall Outlook or

3) Just copy the .pst file (this will do what you want and is no more difficult than export / import)
