Hi

Please could someone be kind enough to browse through these logs, so see if they can see what is causing this Lenovo Laptop to blue screen within about 1 minute of logging in to windows 10 the blue screen message is:

PAGEFAULT IN NON PAGED AREA

NTFS.sys

It looks like it received an upate to Windows 10 v1709 on 9th February 2018 and the blue screen started soon after this update according to the user. I have found I can get in using safe mode ok but normal mode blue screens within about 30 seconds to 1 minute after the desktop loads so doesnt give you much time to do anything.

I have so far removed AVG using AVGClear.exe in safe mode, tried disabling startup items but nothing makes any difference.

I have attached the SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip

Here is the link to speccy

Hope someone can sched some light on this, if you need anything else please let me know.

Thanks in advance

Can you boot into Safe Mode and uninstall Lenovo Boot Optimizer?

If I do not reply in three days, please message me.

I was unable to get any of the dump files to open. The Event Viewer is full of errors. It'll take a lot of time to go through them. I will throw a couple of things out that you can work on. This is a common error in your logs

DCOM got error "1084" attempting to start the service ShellHWDetection with arguments "Unavailable" in order to run the server

This deals with media files on your drives. I'd update your audio and graphic drivers from the Lenovo website. Also Someone more experience can correct me but your RAM voltage is 3.3. According to the Lenovo website it should be 1.3 to 1.5. I'll try to go through the rest of your logs after I eat.

Thank you for your replies, I have run a test on the Ram and found it was failing I have replaced it and ran a scandisk in command prompt and it now boots up.
