I followed your directions for removing virus burst and it worked great! But....now I can't open Windows Media Center or BounceBack (my backup software) and I get the same message: "ehshell.exe - Application Error, The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)". I'm concerned that I may have problems with other applications too. Please help.

Microsoft Article ID: 318159 indicates that code may be related to a damaged registry repair and recovery. See here.

ehshell.exe errors are also referred to in MS Article ID: 820121.

You also may need to download and install Microsoft .NET Framework, version 1.1.
