Can't save Image files from anything...

So recently I've began to incounter a weird bug... I can't save image files. When I go to google images, i right-click, I click save image as, but it doesn't save the image. Also, I use Paint.Net and I can't "save" or "save file as". It just doesn't save it, it doesn't show the window where I can select how and where to select it. I suppose it's not only those programms, but it's my pc. 

 

BUT, when I try to download regular files, like RAR files, music files or anything like that, it still downloads and works. It seems this is only for images.

 

I've used the MiniToolBox tool and got some logs. Mod Edit:  Pasted data into post - Hamluis.

Please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.

   Go to Piriform's website, and download the free version on the left.  Click Download from Piriform.com (the FileHippo link requires an extra click). Or if you want to use a portable version of Speccy (which doesn't require installation), click the builds page link and download the portable version. You will now be asked where you want to save the file. The best place to put it is the Desktop, as it will be easy to find later.

    After the file finishes downloading, you are ready to run Speccy. If you downloaded the installer, simply double-click on it and follow the prompts until installation is complete. If you downloaded the portable version, you will need to unzip it before use. Right-click the ZIP file and click Extract all. Click Next. Open up the extracted folder and double-click on Speccy.
 
     Once inside Speccy, it will look similar to this (with your computer's specifications, of course):

     Now, at the top, click File > Publish Snapshot.

     Click Yes > then Copy to Clipboard

Now, once you are back in the forum topic you are posting in, click the ADD REPLY or REPLY TO THIS TOPIC button. Right-click in the empty space of the Reply box and click Paste. Then, click Add Reply below the Reply box.

Appears to me that you have a storage problem...too little free space on C:.  In order for Windows to function effectively, it is suggested that arrpoximately 15% of the C: partition be free space.  You currently only have 6% free space on your C:.

 

I suggest that you move all data files (music, videos, photos, etc.) from the C: partition to your almost-empty D: partition.

 

Your C: partition should be only used for Windows and programs installed.

 

I would move the data files and then see how the system behaves.

IE 11 is the only version of IE which is currently supported by Microsoft.  You have IE installed, this is a serious (IMO) security vulnerability.

 

Java outdated.

 

Wondershare Application Framwork service And Wondershare Driver Install service reflected...no Wondershare apps on MTB data.

 

Eset Endpoint Security installed...personal computer.

 

Bit Torrent installed.

 

Installation date of 2011 for Windows, no critical updates installed since (other than Nov 2017).

 

Svchost process reflecting 1.21GB peak RAM usage, rather high.  A typical svchost process can be expected to peak at no more than 200MB, IMO.

 

Based on system security posture as depicted...I would suggest that you consider running a malware check in the Am I Infected forum.

 

I don't see any answers to your topic/questions in the data reported here..
