I Popped into the old IRC chat room today and I can honestly say I have never seen so few users online. I am thinking in this day and age most people are not really familiar with IRC anymore and when people do use it they are probably working from a web front end and don't even know what IRC is or that they are even using it in the first place.

So my question is should Bleeping Computer start a discord server to provide a more up to date and easily accessible chat system?

I would consider it. Let's see where the votes go.
