Probably the notification or problem is related to this:  https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/670128/onedrive-interferes-with-computer-and-applications/

I do not understand what to do with this Windows Notification Message:

MICROSOFT ACCOUNT PROBLEM

We need to fix your Microsoft account (Most likely your password changed).
Select here to fix it in Shared experiences settings.

I don't know what that means and don't know what to do with it.

The info dc3 gave the link to is most useful.  That being said, its author did fail to mention that his second option can only be undertaken on Windows 10 Pro (and above).  Home does not have the Group Policy Editor.  Of course, the second option is the second option for a reason.

Thanks you two.  I notice the message in the article is somewhat different than the message I found on the machine.  I will simply clear the message from the notification area of the machine, since this message strikes me as being an indication of the earlier mentioned password adjustment to a MS account and Local Account, so may have been a machine-to-user reminder of a change, so I will clear the notification area and see what happens.  (For now.)
