Hi and thanks in advance for the help!  BIOS is up to date as are all Windows Updates and Dell Drivers.  System information is listed below:

 

Dell 3520

Win10, 1703, 64bit

Win 10 originally installed, Enterprise

6 months old, Imaged, no re-install

Laptop, Intel i5-7440HQ, 2.8Ghz

Intel HD630 and NVIDIA Quadro M620

You need to do the obvious — reinstall rtux64w10.sys, your Realtek USB GBE Ethernet Controller driver. See http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverId=2N3FH for the latest version; you're one year behind. :)
