i recently installed different antivirus and tried to uninstall WEBROOT, but it doesnt even show in the programs menu within windows, so i tried using iobit uninstaller.  it tells me that i need to end process before i can uninstall, so i try that thru task manager to no avail.  i even change settings so disable it on startup menu.

so i went to virus total and uploaded the app file.  this is what i  got from that.  but i also have another issue with my flaxh player, it keeps telling me i need to enable it, i try but it does nothing, even though the webpage that im currently using that needs flash is listed in my allow flash list.  thats only on my chrome.  so far ive been using my microsoft edge/explorer without problems.

any thoughts would be appreciated

sorry i didnt attach the screenshot of virustotal earlier

i dont know if i did this right.  the file that was listed as farbar in prior log did not have the application in it.  i put the text you had me save in the same folder location as the application, which i now realize is not what you said to do.   the other folder mentioned is C DRIVE.  it only consisted of 3 folders; HIVES QUARANTINE and LOGS.  i downloaded again and when i search my computer i only find the recent downloaded app.

i tried running the adware scan.  it did the same as before, it scanned then got stuck 2/3 way thru cleaning process.  here are the logs from the other two scans.  yes i can run in normal mode but im denied access to some folders

After reviewing your AdwCleaner log I suggest you remove the Total AV antivirus program Via the via the Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
This program is considered a Rogue Program. It's you call to proceed with this removal.

You can replace this program with any of the Free Antivirus programs: listed on this topic.
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/407147/answers-to-common-security-questions-best-practices/?p=2316629

As for the PUP.Optional.AdvancedSystemCare is not required and you decide if you want to keep it.
You can remove it with the AdwCleaner tool.

Unless you have issues with this computer I would leave them as they are.
