There is a root kit and ad ware running on my laptop, the rootkit stops me from running any Anti malware / anti rootkits such as TDSSkiller or Malwarebytes Anti rootkit even in safe mode. And when I try to install any new ones it wont let me because of the adware (no matter where I click on the screen it takes me to an add). Any help??

Hello, Welcome to BleepingComputer.
I'm nasdaq and will be helping you.

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed.
===

Please run this Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit.

Follow the instructions in the thread below. Make sure to download the MBAR linked in it. Let me know if you're not able to launch it and run a scan.

https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/198907-requested-resource-is-in-use-error-unable-to-start-malwarebytes/

Before you run the program make sure you follow the instructions under Section 5.
5. Unselect sectors and system below. Hit the scan button.

If you manage to run a scan, delete everything it finds, and then copy/paste the content of the "mbar-log-TODAY'S-DATE.txt" log that is located in the MBAR folder here after.

the Adware will not let me even log into the beeping computer webstie, I am using my phone right now. Therefore I cannot install Anti rootkit. Wherever I click on the screen it takes me to an add. And when I run Adwcleaner it says "The requested resource is in use" and I have tried safe mode with networking, they still run.

Hi,

To provide sound advice and the proper fix I need to know which Operating System You are running.

You will also need these to proceed with my next instructions:

1 - A USB Flash Drive
2 - Another clean computer.(You cannot work from the infected computer directly).

Let me know and we will proceed.
