Hello, I have a Nvidia gtx 1050ti with 4gb of v ram. All of the games and softwares I'm interested in used to run absolutely smoothly, until I tried mining cryptocurrency with a software called NiceHash. I've chose the in-depth configuration option, and it configured my whole gpu solely to mining, after deleting the miner software, my games (that used to be 100-110fps on max settings) can only reach 20-25 on the lowest settings. How do I fix this?

P.s - I have already tried the ''restore'' option under the ''manage 3d settings'' tab in Nvidia control panel, it doesn't help.

One possibiliity is that NiceHash hasn't fully uninstalled. Have you tried the Revo Uninstaller ?  This little program - a free download froom BC - is very good at getting rid of leftover and improperly uninstalled program components. Worth a try.

You beat me to it!

This is definitely what I'd recommend to do...
