Hi Guys... Im Piolo Macayan, 16 Year old, Grade 10 student (Graduating)....
Im Searching for a Great Laptop for my IT Course. But since im low of money i can only afford cheap laptop...
So guys tell me which is a better Laptop....

If the price is the same, or very near to the same, the second machine (Dell) has the better specs, though only slightly.

I would go for the Dell.

 

Its not much different than the HP but it is slightly better.

You can get a HP elitebook 8460p (business class laptop so it is a little higher quality than the personal HP laptops)for about $250 CAD (newegg.ca)  and just upgrade the hdd to a ssd and you will have a a slick machine that you will be able to use ( the only drawback is it does not have HDMI, so if you want HDMI you have to get a display port to HDMI converter which is about $50 CAD)
