How can I recover this note from an sqlite v3 database?

This database was created by Writenow note taking app on my android phone. Last night accidentally I had turned a text note into a voice note and all text from the note is gone. From its data folder I took a file named write_data (no extention) and renamed it to write_data.db and it is a sqlite data base. I tried to recover the note with followings without any results.

Sqlite extention for firefox
Sqlite administrator
Db browser for sqlite
Sqlite editor for android

But when I renamed it to a txt file extention and opened with a text editor I still can see a fragment of the deleted note. How can I recover this note? It isn't shown in any data field of the softwares I tried. Please somebody, I am in panic mode.
