Previously I tried Windows Movie Maker but that doesn't work at all for cropping effect in the manner that I need. So, guys please help me figure out how can a video get started by blackout. Then, the picture keeps on resizing and comes back to it's original size. The resizing should last for around 4-8 seconds. That's all, as I am working on a video project and it needs some tweaks to make it look more cinematic. Share your thoughts below on how could I make it represent more cinematic. ;) Thanks a lot. :thumbsup2:

The effect you want is 'pan and zoom', sometimes called the 'Ken Burns Effect'. I found some interesting information about it here:

Cheers  :)
