At work, I was instructed to make a presentation dedicated to working with trading partners. I almost finished it when there was a terrible lack of rest. In Office 2013 after the opening of the presentation I was given: PowerPoint has encountered a problem and needs to close. Help restore the file. I do not want to re-do the work again. Before the display of presentation there were several days left.

See the below links. This may or may not work for you. Do this to a copy of the file, not the original. The first step I would try is copy the file to another location. Rename the copied file extension from pptx to ppt and see if it opens.

Can you maybe send it to another device and maybe there it will open. So annoying when this hapepens.
