Big memory leak affecting all users and crashing machines. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Hi opera, good info and being an excellent company, no doubt they'll correct this ASAP.
Any company can have a glitch (was reading responses from your second posted site including some responder's gripes) In 2009 they had an erroneous update, one (shortly rectified) that affected my own computer as well, rendering it un-bootable (details below). Having no XP disk and contacting them via email with my secondary computer, their personal service was absolutely superb with precise instructions that soon helped me to solve the problem.

My hope is that this screw up will point to the reason for all of the complaints I read on their forum. This is the first real problem

I have had since I purchased the program. I said something to them about updates causing those problems, of course I got 'no way' answer. Hummmmm

My last 'perfect' program was Agnitum Outpost Security Suite. I chuckled about all the program false positives killing Windows, never them.
