Computer Says I Already Have Adobe Flash

my computers telling me i already have adobe flash, but when im running on a site that i need it on, it says i dont. ive tried deleting it totally out of my system then downloading it again, but it didnt work. what should i do? also i was wondering if theres any way you can get one song to play through an entire powerpoint without it starting over on every slide or using windows media player in the background.

Did you delete or uninstall. Try uninstalling then download and install use these links.
