windows server 2016 with dl380 g7 installing issues

i tried installing windows 10 and windows server 2016 as i have both..

every time i boot from the usb to install i see loading files then windows icon then black screen i cant figure it out does any one have any suggestions thanks.

same thing happend on both versions of windows at roughly the same point. it has linux on it but im not good with it thats why im switching i use the server strictly for game servers for personal use.

when i say black screen monitor goes black and shuts off like no signal and reboots

The latest supported OS on DL380 G7 is 2012R2


Personally I would try to upgrade the bios and see if that helps.
It will be a struggle to get that upgrade because you have to have a valid support contract with HP to download it

i got it working it was a bad stick of ram. thanks for the replies.
