Hi there.

Just want to say that I'm new to the scene, so if I'm not clear on the subject or I don't understand the lingo I would appreciate it if you explained it to me.

So recently, my yoga720 fell and broke. Instead of doing what any sane person would do and taking it to a tech support store, I decided to take it upon myself to get my picture out of there. I now have a mSATA SSD hard drive laying about and I have no idea how to get my stuff. Is there an adapter that I could plug into my new computer to transfer my files or do I have to go to a specialist?

The hard drive in question is a MZNTY256HDHP-000L2.

Thanks in advance.

They sell mSATA to SATA adapters.

Using the above adapter you can connect to any computer using a USB adapter like the ones below

USB 3.0

USB 2.0

Thank you so much! I already have the usb adapter left over from my failed experiments. Now all I need is the card.
