Why is it that penalties for hacking are not far more severe?  Such as, if it causes death, massive harm financially or equipment damage have a minimum of fives years to life depending on severity.  Reward those that do white hat!

The lawyers will say it was unintended, I say "So What" anyone old or young needs to be burned good for things like that.

Absolutely! Unintended or not, someone was killed. I'm happy they threw the book at him and he was charged with manslaughter.
