no matter how many times I uncheck encoder agent from startup wmencagt keeps appearing in task manager when I start-up.is there any other way to deal with this?thanks

Do you have one of the following programs?

Tea-timer which comes with Spybot

Ad-Watch

Counterspy

SuperAntiSpyware

Webroot Spysweeper

Other applications that monitor your start-up entries?
