Hi so I'm kind of desperate at this point. I've had this trojan virus on my computer for the past 3 months and every time I press fix on my Norton Anitvirus, it still pops up after. How do I get rid of this? Thank you.

Hi Nasdaq,

Sorry its taking a while. Malwarebytes is at 41 minutes and still going so I'm still waiting on that so I can proceed with the next steps. And Norton constantly flashes Trojan.Kotver!gm2 has been detected, risk high. It displays it three times and says "fix" but after I fix it, it immediately comes back as three new errors. It's a constant cycle. But I will post the logs once I go through all of the steps.

So after Norton popped up with a new fix, I followed through with it and since then I haven't received any more errors. Looks like everything worked. Normally it would have constantly flashed more trojan errors, but I haven't seen anything for the past hour. Thank you so much
