A couple of weeks ago I bought a new laptop. With it came Windows 10. I also bought Office 2016. My issue is with Outlook 2016

One of the most irritating things with this program is that I can't see pictures that come with my RSS feeds that I subscribe to. Yes, I've searched.

The picture holders are blank but I see this: Outlook is working offline and cannot download pictures from the internet. To download this picture toggle Working Offline.

Working Offline is grayed out and I can't toggle.

The only thing I could suggest--and I'd wait for the experts to weigh in, really--is that Office might not be activated.  I've seen things like this happen with older versions.

Switch from working offline to online - Outlook

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
