Does the windows vista beta include any ability to rename multiple files? i.e. will it be able to do in-house at least some of what Batch Rename .EXE does? Thanks in advanced...

I haven't heard that it will, and haven't seen any evidence of it in my various installations of Vista.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I don't think a feature like that is built in. However, you can download the spiffy new Windows PowerShell. I'm sure you can write a nice little renamer script with that.
