I have a Netgear wgt624v3 wireless router and SBC DSL with a speedstream 5360 adsl modem. My network has worked fine for months then two days the router has stopped working for unknown reasons. The ports on the router still work (if I plug the internet cable from the modem ito one of the 4 ports but not the internet port, it will connect but no wireless signal) I am at a loss on this. Pinging 192.168.1.1 as directed in the manual gets me "request timed out" messages. I cannot seem to conect with this router, but all the led are lit properly and it will act as a hub. Please help me!

Go into the setup screen in the router and see if the Wifi transmitter has been reset to off. I believe the default shipping is off. If your router lost power or was reset you may have the transmitter set off.
