Kernel panic issue for linux 4.4.0- 104

https://www.dropbox.com/s/3sbxlhjkzzgz6bt/kernel%20panic%20issue.jpg?dl=0 I had to do a fskd but for some reason when i rebooted my laptop came up with this error. Any Ideas on what to do? (Also the version of ubuntu i have is the studio version)

I think I would revert to an older kernel...the one previous to the one you have now. If you need info on how to do that....

Well it would work but for some reason i cant use sudo apt, like i somehow lost the ability to use certain commands
