Win 7 Backup hangs at 97%

Running Win 10 PRO but using Win7 Backup and Restore. Anyone figure this one out yet?

Many report Windows backup and restore operations work just fine; others report having minor to major problems with it.

I use a couple of 3rd party programs myself.  To somewhat answer your question -- I read from several sources that it is a very good idea not to relocate the images made with WB&R, not to change anything concerning the backed up partition(s), not to change anything concerning the backup media.
