My PC will fully turn on (my graphics card fan turns on, and all my other fans will turn on) but nothing will display on the monitor. I've used the monitor for all types of other things like my Xbox and eccetera. Is it my hard drive or my graphics card? Please help me with this issue.

Try the Monitor on another PC or Laptop.

Or if you have onboard Video , try connecting to the Mobo.

Check your Cables and Connections / Disconnect and Reconnect.

Check Bios settings to use either Onboard or GPU.

This should give you some idea or direction to repost any results.

Did you by any chance install a new GPU?

Then you need  to put GPU in but boot into safe mode with monitor connected to internal GPU

In this case it would be helpful if you were to post the make and model of this computer.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
