Motherboard: MSI Z270 SLI PLUS
CPU: Intel Celeron 3900 Skylake Dual Core
GPU: Windforce OC 1070
PSU: Sentey 725w
RAM: DDR4 EVO Potenza
SSD: 250gb Kingston

All fans, lights, and keyboard lights are on. No EZ Debug lights on. First time trying to boot it after putting it together. What do I do to troubleshoot it?

do you have power from the PSU going to the GPU?

Even if that PSU is not conflicting right now, it may cause problems in future.

550W PSU is more than enough, 1kW PSU is mostly waste of money.

does it only require one six pin power connector?

are there any jumper pins on the GPU board?.....if so, are they in the proper places?
