From Razor:

Hi everyone, so sorry to hear that those with the new Windows 10 update are facing this issue.

Please do try a fresh install of Razer Synapse and if the issue still persists, please do contact our Support Team about this. Our Support Team will be able to provide you with expert advise regarding this issue.

I would uninstall Synapse, reboot, re-install Synapse. It's the advice I'm seeing in multiple places with positive results.

you should uninstall all your Razer devices and then re-install them on your system

1. open device manager
2. expand Keyboards, Mice and other pointing devices, Human Interface Devices.
3. Right-click on your each Razer device to click Uninstall device.
4. in the Search menu, type programs. Click Apps & features from the results list.
5. Select Razer Synapse and then click Uninstall.
6. Unplug all your Razer devices from your computer. Keep them disconnected for about 3 minutes. Then plug them back.
