Hi,

The NTOSKML.EXE is the Windows kernel. One program or a bad driver is causing this.

Was Steam the last program you installed and the problem started?
Is so I would stop it from starting at boot time.

How To:
https://www.howtogeek.com/162446/how-to-manage-startup-applications-in-windows-8/

Steam (HKLM-x32\...\Steam) (Version: 2.10.91.91 - Valve Corporation)
HKU\S-1-5-21-1463998393-1283000200-3487779094-1001\...\Run: [Steam] => C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe [3111712 2017-12-15] (Valve Corporation)

Restart the computer when the Starup is disabled.
===

If the problem persists the use the Clean boot to find out what program is causing this.

Navigate to this page.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

Under this Section:

How to perform a clean boot

Select Windows 10.

Read the instructions carefully before proceeding.

Thkis is was you want to do.
How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot

If at any time you need additional information let me know before proceeding.
