How to change windows installation ISO language from one to English ?

How to change windows installation ISO language from France or else to en-us English in entire Windows pack? (i.e. must be in English when Windows running)

Trade agreements make restrictions on software packages. Most restrict the language to the country of purchase. A different language may require a different key ($).

Search for Region & Language and then add English as a language.  You can then switch between English and French, if necessary.  You should see a new icon down by the clock with three letters to designate the language currently being used.
