I am trying to setup raid on my Dell R710.  I have a Dell 6/i integrated raid controller.  When I press ctrl-r, and go to create a config, the only thing I can do is clear the config.  The hard drives do not show up.  I tried re-inserting the raid controller, and tried different slots for the two wd 1 tb hard drives, and I still don't get anything.  I've updated the firmware.  It's running 6.3.3.0002, which I believe to be the latest.  Hardware diagnostics showed that the perc6 0-0 ctlr passed.  I am not sure what else to try... is there anything else, or does it need replacing?

It's saying there are no PDs present.

Sorry, but I can't elaborate on this subject.  I'm not very familiar at all with OEM systems and my RAID days are years behind me (just out of curiosity).

Hang on for inputs from some of our other members :).
