Can you post here a link here with https://wetransfer.com/  with the ransom note and 2 or 3 crypted files (.doc/.pdf/.xls) to see if we can help you.

Samples of any encrypted files, ransom notes or suspicious executable's (installer, malicious files, attachments) that you suspect were involved in causing the infection can also be submitted (uploaded) here with a link to this topic.

According to Amigo-A, there is some hope to decrypt your files with MMM ransomware.

About MMM (TripleM) Ransomware by Amigo-A (Andrew Ivanov).

As typically with new ransomware reports, a Google search yields numerous bogus and untrustworthy removal guides which should be ignored. Be careful what you read and the information provided.

Is this decryptable? Dealing with the "Triple M V1" variant as described here https://id-ransomware.blogspot.fr/2017/08/mmm-ransomware.html. No file extension appended to each encrypted file, but a .info file created for every file that is encrypted.
